Quality Control

Quality control roof inspections are a vital component of a successful Roofing project.  Often the most critical areas of a new roof are not visible for inspection after a completed install. 

Our full-time Quality Control Inspections are your eyes and ears during all phases of the installation. Critical areas such as shingle patterns, solid plywood, felt paper, ice and watershield application, and sealant or glue application and drying times are monitored for compliance with the shingle manufacturer’s standards.

The inspector generates "Daily Roof Inspection Reports" which delineates material and installation compliance, and documents any unforeseen contingent items to the contract.
